XDA Senior Member ajsmsg78 was nice enough to pull the Google applications from their MHA-L29 US version Huawei Mate 8. So if you have the Chinese Huawei Mate 9, you can extract these applications, move them to the /system/priv-app directory and then set the permissions to 0755.
