Facebook released a dialer application called Hello not too long ago and Yahoo was rumored to be working on one as well. Skype is Microsoft’s voice and video communication service so it makes sense to have them develop one too. The app is reportedly called Dialer, it is designed by the Skype team and made exclusively for the Indian market right now.
