Enable Call Recording and Speaker Enhancements For Xperia Z1 Compact On Android 5.1.1

XDA Senior Member slsamg7112 has compiled a few mods for the Xperia Z1 Compact to work after the Android 5.1.1 update. The mods include enabling call recording functionality, speaker voice enhancements, as well as disabling the persistent data notification when data is turned off.
