Samsung Electronics Co, based in Suwon, South Korea is looking to cut off upto 10% of its Head Office Staff, as reported by a Korean daily. The move comes as a response to the high-end Galaxy smartphones failing to impress consumers, along with losing ground to Apple and other Chinese vendors in the global smartphone market.
