Android 5.x Vulnerability Allows Password Lockscreen Bypass

You can avoid this issue by using a PIN code or a pattern security layer, but if you are running most versions of Android 5.x with the password for protection then your device could be vulnerable to this exploit. Google has patched this bug in the LMY48M build of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, but some Lollipop devices will never receive an OTA update to fix it.
