You can now pick up a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for just $399.99 from Ebay. The devices have 32GB of internal storage, are unlocked to any GSM network and are covered under warranty. There are however only limited numbers, and as well as over 3000 have now been sold, so you may not have long to purchase one.
