Australian carrier Telstra has confirmed that the original Z series of the Xperia lineup is on the roadmap to receive Android 5.1. The update has received a setback for which a test version is expected on July 10, but final update is scheduled for rollout on Aug 10 2015 for the Xperia Z, Z1 and Z1 Compact by the carrier.
