Manually Flash OTA’s on HTC One Mini 2

XDA Member cjionel has put together a small guide detailing how users who can not receive OTA updates on the HTC One Mini 2 can now flash them manually, even when they were using a custom recovery prior. Users no longer need to flash a full new RUU to get to the newest system update, so go on over to the forum thread for detailed instructions!
